Aggravating ongoing issue (5 days and nights) with Arducam OV5647 Camera Module on Pi4 OS Version 20231012 - Bullseye.
(Noted: their brief installation to use raspi-config to Enable Camera that is no longer used in this Bullseye OS)
1) rpicam-hello --list-cameras returns - rpicam-hello: command not found.
2) libcamera returns - command not found.
3) sudo apt install libcamera
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package libcamera
4) vcgencmd get_camera returns - supported=1 detected=1, libcamera interfaces=0 (why libcamera interfaces=0?)
sudo apt_get update - completed successfully!
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade - completed successfully
RPi_Cam_Web_Installer - completed successfully!
CAMERA DISPLAYS PERFECTLY!!
So why 1 - 4 above?
Struggling 77 year old needs your help please.
